**NEW FOR 2023/2024 SEASON**

WHAT TO EXPECT

 Participants will spend 12 weeks enhancing and fine tuning their hockey skills. During the first two weeks, the focus will be on the refreshment of ice-skating skills along with stick work, and game play of all participants. In the weeks that follow, instruction will shift to instructing the participants on more advanced individual playing skills, team/game playing skills (offense, defense, positioning, and game strategy, faceoffs) with sessions being part practice, part game. The final session of the program will have the participants completing their training by playing an organized hockey game between all the participants. The game will include referees and the national anthem at the beginning of the game. During all sessions involving gameplay, coaches will be on the bench to provide real time feedback.

PROGRAM PRICING

REGISTRATION FEE: $220 PER 12 WEEK SESSION. Each ice session is 80 minutes (30 mins instruction, 50 mins game).

SCHEDULE

There will be an optional “knock off the rust” skate on Dec 27th at 8:10pm-9:10pm, where all participants are welcome

to come skate. Instructors will be on the ice for feedback and help if you are unsure which program is best for you.

Regular Ice sessions will begin on Sat Jan 6th at 5-630pm and ending on March 27, 2024. Typically, classes are on

Wednesday nights but early on there will be some Sat or Sun times due to scheduling constraints.

REQUIRED EQUIPMENT

 Full equipment is required for maximum protection against falls, incidental contact, and protection from the puck.
